ESSENS Order and Delivery terms and conditions
E-SHOP ORDER
- ESSENS products can be ordered via e-shop on the website www.essenseurope.com
- Chosen goods are put into the basket, whose status is visible in the top right corner
- Before the order is made, the ESSENS Club member is consulted with the final price and the point value of the order
- 4-digit PIN must be entered in order to use commission for a discount
- ESSENS prices are governed by a valid price list available on www.essenseurope.com
- From promotional products ESSENS reserves the right to make changes and declares that it is not a public offer and is justified not to accept orders in serious cases
- Payments are made using credit/debit card
- If certain products run out of stock whilst creating the order, the ESSENS Club member shall be contacted by an operator and personally make agreement on following progress
E-MAIL ORDER
- ESSENS products can be ordered via email order@essensworld.com
- The order must contain information on chosen goods, quantity and contact details including ESSENS member ID, given to the member upon registration
- 4-digit PIN must be stated in order to use commission for a discount
- Orders via e-mail are also to be paid by credit/debit card
POINTS DEADLINE
- Points deadline is every last day of the calendar month
- If the last day of the month is a working day, e-mail and E-shop orders are accepted and processed until 4 pm. Orders delivered after 4 pm are processed and taken into account in the following month
- If the last day of the month is a non-working day, e-mail and E-shop orders are accepted and processed until 4 pm of the previous working day
- In case of an invoice cancellation, or a cancellation of a part of the invoice, the point value is deducted in the month of the cancellation. An exception are orders cancelled until 10th day of the month and orders suspicious for artificial raising of position, in these cases the point value is deducted from the previous month
TERMS OF DELIVERY
An order made until 2 pm of a working day, is usually sent the very same day. The packages are delivered by a transport company GEIS and its cooperative transportation partners, parcels are delivered according to the Terms of delivery. The transit time information is subject to change caused by weather and road conditions. This may add additional transit days to your delivery.
COST OF DELIVERY
- For orders worth over 350 points (maximum weight limit of 27kg or under), are free of charge.
- For orders worth under 350 points, the shipping is according to the Terms of delivery and Delivery address
- If an order is not taken the ESSENS club member is additionally charged for the shipping
THE PROCEDURE OF DELIVERING PARCELS
- When the package is leaving our warehouse, you will get an email with tracking details. We always recommend to check SPAM folder
- It is possible in some countries to arrange a personal pick up of the parcel on a depo or one of many parcel shops of GEIS Parcel and his partners
- In case of failed delivery, a dispatch driver will leave a Note of a failed delivery at the address stated on the parcel
- The parcel will be left on a depo for the next 4 -7 days according to countries where the costumer can pick up the package, during this time the GEIS Parcel customer service will try to contact the recipient to specify the terms of delivery

PROCEDURE OF THE PARCEL TAKEOVER
- Before the parcel takeover from the dispatch driver, it is necessary to check the cover of the parcel and make sure that the packaging is not damaged (deformed, torn, taped by a different tape than the original ESSENS one, or taped over the original ESSENS tape)

- As soon as the parcel returns to ESSENS, a new one will be sent
- If a damaged parcel is taken over, guarantee for the products damaged while delivering cannot be applied
